Cartwheels
Journaling reads: Abby did some cartwheels for me so I could get pictures for the scrapbook challenge I was to host in August. 7/20/83
I took 5 photos using the bird-watching mode on my camera which captures 5 frames with one click. I used one of the photos completely and extracted my GD from the other 4 and inserted them into the photo.

BACON! BACON! BACON!
Journaling reads: I used to burn the bacon ALL THE TIME when the kids were growing up! BUT, I finally figured it out! Here is my step by step process for perfectly cooked bacon! I begin by buying Hormel’s Natural Choice original uncured bacon. There are no preservatives, no nitrates or nitrites, and nothing artificial added. It is very good bacon that I am willing to pay a little extra for!
Step 1: I cut the package in half length wise to prevent curling while cooking.
Step 2: I set the burner to 5 and leave it there the whole time I am cooking.
Step 3: I arrange the bacon on my griddle and place it on the burner.
Step 4: While the bacon is cooking, I prepare the paper towels that I will transfer the bacon to after it cooks.
Step 5: I use the other half of the paper towels to soak up as much of the bacon grease from the cooked slices.
Time to ENJOY! Have you ever spread grape jelly on toast and added the bacon? Don’t knock until you try it! ;)

Anna Color Challenge found here: https://oscraps.com/community/threads/annacolor-challenge-07-28-2023-08-10-2023.38088/
Journaling reads: It was such a beautiful morning that it was a perfect day to ride to church on the bike. The sky was a brilliant blue and the clouds were fluffy and white! The temperature was not too bad, either, considering how hot the July weather has been. I’ll take it! 7/23/23
