Day 8 of 12 Days of December at O'Scraps

Today's challenge is an easy one and will give you some extra time to play catch up, if need be.  The challenge, since the theme of the free kit in the daily download is HOPE, is to find some song lyrics with the word HOPE in them.  Go HERE to find out more and play along.  Everyone is looking for HOPE this year.  Our only HOPE is in Jesus, no matter what is going on around us.  So, the lyrics I shared are these:

My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus' blood and righteousness.
I dare not trust the sweetest frame
But wholly lean on Jesus' name!
On Christ the solid rock I stand

I didn't like the dark elements, plus I fixed all of the red eyes in the photo.  Here's the remake.  I used the same word art but for the rest of the page I used Palvinka's Winter Delight Collection found HERE.

The party has started!  Day 1 is a layout challenge using the lyrics of a Christmas song.  Find out more HERE!  For each challenge you will have until December 31st to complete the challenge!  Don't wait until the last minute!  You know how busy the end of the month gets!
