Sunday afternoon and it was such a beautiful day, so we took
a bike ride to Hiddennite NC. We wanted
to eat at the Yellow Deli and buy a few items from their store. Afterwards we drove some of the back roads to
home. It was a lovely day!
We arrived at 2:20 and were definitely ready for lunch! There were several on the waiting list, but
it didn’t take long for us to be seated!
We enjoyed the Deli Rose and Rueben sandwiches with homemade chips, cups
of chili and butternut squash soups and breads.

We leisurely traveled back home from Hiddennite, enjoying
the scenery and the warm November temperature!
The fall colors are so lovely! It
is my favorite time of the year!

We traveled through beautiful farm country. The cows always remind me of the verse, “For
every beast of the forest is Mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.” Ps. 50:10
