Felling Trees
Done for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge #4 found here: https://oscraps.com/community/threads/january-challenge-4-tic-tac-toe-challenge.36738/
I used the center column:
stacked papers, photo, foliage
Journaling reads: Felling
trees can be tricky business. Mark is as
careful as he can be when he is working on one.
He always makes sure no one is in harm’s way should the tree fall in a
direction not intended even when he has it tied off in the direction he wants
it to go.
This particular tree is 20” in diameter and stood about 65
feet tall, give or take. He was able to
get 6 usable 8 ft. lengths. You can see
how nice and straight the tree grew!
Now to run those 8 ft. sections through the sawmill. 1/21/23
Process:
I began with Anna’s template.
I replaced the background with papers from Joyful Heart,
blending the top 2 and rotating them.
I hid all photo areas but the canvas I added the photo to.
I moved the template paints, texture, etc. around so the
paper could be seen better.
All of the other elements were added from the kits by Anna.
