I noticed I have several pages in my gallery at OScraps (link on the right) that I have not shared here. So before I post about the new challenges for the Merry Month of May I'll take care of those.

Journaling reads:
According to the Almanac, April’s full Moon drifted into the sky on the night of Wednesday, April 5, reaching peak illumination at 12:37 a.m. EDT on the 6th! Traditionally called the Pink Moon, this full Moon was also the Paschal full Moon this year. I took these photos around 10 p.m. on April 5th.
This year, April’s full Moon was the first full Moon of the spring season, which began with the spring equinox on March 20, 2023. This means that April’s full Moon was the Paschal Full Moon—an important Moon to those who celebrate Easter, since Easter’s date depends on the date of the Paschal Full Moon.
Easter is celebrated on the first Sunday after the Paschal Full Moon (i.e., the first full Moon of spring), which means that it was to be celebrated this year on Sunday, April 9 (following the full Moon on April 5-6).
RAIN, RAIN, GO AWAY! April 7th
I’ve been on a decluttering kick and part of that kick has been using up some of my yarn stash. So, in as many months, this is the second sweater I have made for myself! I currently have another one in the works, but I have lost my mojo....for now! April 3rd
We’ve had a lot of rainy and/or overcast days this month. April 6th

Buttercup
Journaling reads:
Buttercups are a large genus of flowering plants called Ranunculus. It has yellow, shiny petals, and grows wild in many places. It is poisonous to eat for humans and cattle, but when dry the poison is not active.
People sometimes hold a fresh buttercup flower under the chin of a friend or family member. If a yellow reflection from the flower's shiny petals can be seen under the chin, the person is said to "like butter". This custom is still taught to young children and shows how buttercup petals reflect light.

Journaling reads: Psalm 90:10
“As for the days of our life, they contain seventy years,
Or if due to strength, eighty years,
Yet their pride is but labor and sorrow;
For soon it is gone and we fly away.”
Even though my wings are battered and torn
by the toils and hardships of life
they will not keep me from taking flight

Last, but not least, here is a miscellaneous page I did. It actually should have been included with my April Monthly Review pages since it is about my DH's April birthday. But, I guess he deserves his own page! 😉Birthday Celebration

Mark and I do not buy gifts for each other. Instead we go out to eat (which is ALWAYS a gift to me, actually!). To celebrate his birthday Mark debated between seafood and steak. The seafood won the debate because it was closer! Happy Birthday, my love! 4/29/23
