December Daily Final Pages

I've enjoy doing this project, but it was intense!  WHEW!  I'm glad it is done!  Now I can move on to a new year!  HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Day 30

Puzzled

I was up after Mark left for work at 5:45.  I worked on some bike pages from earlier in the year to get them ready for printing.  Before I knew it, it was time to get dressed and head to Ilene’s for the day.  I picked her up and we went to Randy’s for lunch.  After lunch we went to Food Lion.  Afterwards I took my groceries home and put them away, dropped off Mark’s supper I ordered while at Randy’s, and then we went back to Ilene’s for the afternoon.  She got some new puzzles for Christmas, so we worked on a 500 piece one.  It was a pretty Christmas scene.  We worked on it all afternoon, finishing it around 4:30.  I left for home as she retired to her recliner to rest her back.

Mark was in the woods but came back in when I got home.  We ate our supper, listened to our evening devotions, then watched The Copenhagen Test.  Very intriguing show of spies and murder.  After a couple of hours of that, we were ready for bed!  I almost forgot the selfie for the day!  I already had my nightgown on and Mark already had his nose strip on!  A real life selfie!  12/30/25

Day 31

Last Day!

For the Record:  I filled the car today and paid $2.49 per gallon!
My day began early as I got up after Mark left at 5:45.  I had lots to do, so I wanted to get started.  The church services for this evening were being held in the Fellowship Hall for a Soup and Sandwich supper.  This would be followed by the Bible lesson by the pastor.  Joy had some games planned, too.
I began cutting up the veggies I was adding to my soup.  I like to make a vegetarian soup to take for one man in particular who is a vegetarian.  AND he and his wife love my soup.  It IS really good because of the blend of spices I use.  I also made Mexican cornbread which is a great side for soup.  I like regular cornbread in soup, but not Mexican cornbread.  I would eat it by itself, if I ate it.  And I took a diet Sprite and bottled water.
Mark wanted to go out to lunch, so after I finished getting the soup in the crockpot, I worked on some scrapbook pages.  Persnickety will begin their 25% sale tomorrow and run through the 7th.  So, I am trying to wrap up all of my pages for 2025 so I can order them during the sale.
After lunch, I got gas and then started the laundry after I got home.  While the laundry was working, I worked on more scrapbook pages.  I can hardly believe this is the last day of 2025!  Thank You, Lord, for your many, many blessings this year!
We had a really good attendance for the supper and services tonight.  I counted 24 total unless I mis-counted.
