OK Feet, Start Walking!

Today was my first day getting back out there and hoofing it at the walking track. My daughter called and that took my mind off of the task at hand for a while. Then I spent the rest of the time listening to an audiobook. That distraction really helps me take my mind off of the walking, too. It made my legs sore since it has been several months since I walked. But, it was a good kind of soreness.  5/1/25

It is hard to believe that this picture was taken 20 years ago! Vacation in Hawaii was always just a dream, but it happen in 2005.  Such a beautiful place!  I was 49 years old that year.  There’s been a lot of life lived since then!  Thank You, Lord, for Your blessings new every morning!  Jan/Feb. 2005
