Photo Template/Frame Freebie for You!

Here is something I came up with while I was messing around and trying to make some frilly frames. You could use these templates for several things: photos, journaling, patterns. You could re-color them, bevel them, use them as overlays. You could add a frame around the outside of them, too. The sizes shown are the sizes of the whole image, including the frills. I show a couple of examples of "grouping" a picture to the template. I also have instructions for grouping with Photo Shop Elements 6 that are included in the TOUs.
